Elite Martial Arts will be hosting a "FREE" Women's Self Defense Workshop on Saturday, March 27th at 12:00 noon. It is open to the general public, but space is limited to the first 25 women that pre-register. (ages 18 and up) Basic striking and survival skills that every woman should know will be covered. Existing students are encouraged to invite their friends and to come in to assist the attendees for this workshop.
To pre-register, please call 321-956-2320 as soon as possible. You may also register by using the registration box in the right-hand margin. Please make sure to put your phone number in the box as we will be calling to confirm your space; as space is limited. We know you'll have a great time, and we hope to see you there.
