Testing week is now over, and we witnessed a lot of great tests. I’m extremely excited to see how each student is developing and I look forward to many great things in the future.

I’d like to thank those who were so instrumental in ensuring that the tests ran smoothly.

This is a reminder that Guro Dan Inosanto will be in Jacksonville on February 23 and 24th. A group of our students will be making the trip, and we know it will be a lot of fun.

This was a really fun drill that we did to simulate the disorienting effects of taking a blow to the head without actually causing injury. It was a lot of fun, and all the students were really good sports. I hope you enjoy it.

As a JKD and Kali Instructor, I find that most people are not very familiar with trapping.

I came across this video of Rick Young, who is a very well respected JKD/Kali Instructor. He shares the same lineage as I do, and our students should be able to recognize the techniques and principles that he demonstrates.

His has been with my instructor for many years, and his skill level is phenomenal. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

On February 25th and 26th, I and some of the students here at Elite Martial Arts had the privilege of attending a Dan Inosanto seminar in Jacksonville.

Everyone had a great time, and it was great for my students to be able to meet and learn from my teacher.
